Slick entertains all requests for returns or replacements with transparency. We define a defect as a physical characteristic of a product that prevents it from being fit to wear. This characteristic must be objective and independent from an individual’s opinion.
If you still find that your issue pertains to a physical defect in the product, you may contact us and raise a ticket for a defective product. Our escalation matrix works as follows:
- Our priority is to always replace the garment that is already with you. In such cases, we may ask you send or call the garment back. Once back with us, we will first attempt to replace.
Slick ships all orders throughout India through the following delivery partners:
- Dtdc express limited
- Blue dart express limited.
- EMS Speed post.
Depending on your pin code and delivery location, your order can be sent through any one of the delivery partners. If you need your order earlier, please contact us after placing your order as we will assist you with a quicker dispatch.
Important: We do support shipping through Wefast, Porter, Dunzo or allow you to pickup your order for the Delhi/NCR region. If you need any such delivery options please contact us after placing your order.
Slick Accepts all cancellations of orders. We process requests for cancellation manually. Here is a breakup of the cancellation process for you.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please mention the reason for cancellation and raise a request with our support team by contacting us. Note: Slick will accept cancellation requests for up to 72 hours after you have placed your order or the artwork approval stage, whichever comes earlier.
- Once your cancellation requests has been raised, our team may credit the amount back to you in form of a credit note or a coupon to be used for a later purchase.
Important: If you need your amount refunded back into your payment source, please raise a request with our team to refund the payment back into your account. Our payment partners are Razorpay and we will arrange for the refund to be processed back to the payment source once the request has been processed.
Any refund will be processed from Razorpay back into the payment source from where you have made your payment. Typically the timeframe for refunds to be processed can range from 1-5 days depending on the payment method and the bank.
