RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@slickthat.com within 5 days of receiving the item. 
  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 
  • (1) the product/s are returned after use
  • (2) the products are damaged
  • The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on info@slickthat.com on the same email thread. 
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. 
  • If you have received a defective product, share images at info@slickthat.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours
  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit within 1 day. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue. 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

 

  • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. 

 

* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.

 

Shipping Policy 

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within 3 to 8 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
